Erome Videos respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing to our designated DMCA Agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Site (include the URL).
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. DMCA Agent Contact

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error or that you have the right to post the content, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district.

4. Repeat Infringers

Erome Videos maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA notices will be permanently suspended.

5. Non-Consensual Content (Revenge Porn)

If you appear in content on this site that was uploaded without your consent, you have additional protections beyond DMCA. Please use our Content Removal form, which is processed with priority. We comply with applicable laws prohibiting non-consensual pornography.

6. False Notices

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including attorney's fees. Do not file false DMCA notices.
