Primary Producers
Content uploaded by individual creators who are themselves the primary producers of such content must maintain records pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257. These records must include:
- The legal name and date of birth of every performer depicted in the content.
- Any other names (stage names, aliases) used by the performer.
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID verifying age.
- The title, URL, or other identifying information for each piece of content featuring the performer.
These records must be maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of production or last sale, whichever is later, and must be made available to the U.S. Attorney General upon request.
Secondary Producer Statement
Erome Videos acts as a secondary producer with respect to user-generated content and relies on the representations and warranties of uploading users that all required records are maintained. By uploading content, creators certify that they are the primary producer or have obtained all necessary records from the primary producer.
